G GLOBAL CAPITAL

Income & Growth
AMC

One line on a statement that behaves like a complete allocation. Four asset classes combined in a single bankable instrument for balanced-mandate professional investors.

Investment Philosophy

Complete Allocation. Single Instrument.

The Income & Growth AMC was conceived as the answer to a simple question: what does a professional investor need if they want a single position that functions as a complete, diversified portfolio?

Rather than requiring an investor to assemble multiple strategies, accounts and reporting lines, the Income & Growth AMC combines four distinct asset classes — alternative credit, private equity co-investments, listed value equities and government bonds — within a single Luxembourg AMC with one ISIN and one NAV.

This is not a balanced fund of funds. Each component is managed directly within the G Global Capital platform, applying the same value discipline that governs the standalone strategies. The alternative credit component draws on the Avenida/Mindful Wealth expertise; the equity component applies the same screening rigour as the Private Equity Fund; the government bond allocation provides liquidity and stability across market cycles.

The result is an instrument designed for family offices and private banking clients who want institutional-quality multi-asset management without the complexity of managing multiple separate allocations.

Portfolio Construction

Four Asset Classes. One Instrument.

Component I

Alternative Credit

Senior CLO tranches and investment-grade structured credit managed by Mindful Wealth Pte Ltd (MAS-regulated). Provides floating-rate income and low equity correlation. Acts as the core income engine of the strategy.

Component II

Private Equity

Co-investment exposure to selected Private Equity Fund transactions. Provides access to illiquidity premium and long-term capital appreciation. Sized to reflect the AMC's liquidity requirements and investor horizon.

Component III

Listed Value Equities

Deep-value, dividend-paying listed equities selected through the same proprietary screening model applied in the Private Equity Fund. Provides liquidity, capital appreciation and income through dividends.

Component IV

Government Bonds

High-quality sovereign bonds providing portfolio stability, duration management and a liquidity buffer. Acts as a defensive anchor during equity and credit market dislocations.

Allocation Philosophy

Dynamic Within a Conservative Framework

Target allocations to each component are set at inception and reviewed quarterly by the Investment Committee. Rebalancing is disciplined and infrequent — we do not attempt to time asset class cycles. Changes are made when fundamental value dispersion between components reaches a threshold that justifies reallocation.

Detailed target allocations, rebalancing triggers and risk parameters are disclosed in the product documentation, available to qualified professional investors upon request.
