Dubai. Malta. Singapore. Each hub serves a distinct function within the platform — origination, regulation and credit expertise — creating a time-zone-spanning investment operation.
The geography of G Global Capital is not incidental. Dubai, Malta and Singapore were chosen because they sit at the intersection of the capital flows, regulatory environments and deal markets that matter most to the platform's strategies. Each hub does more than house staff — it provides market access, regulatory standing and relationship networks that cannot be replicated from a distance.
Dubai is the platform's primary hub for investment decision-making, portfolio management and GCC deal origination. The Investment Committee convenes in Dubai, where the CIO and investment team are based. All portfolio decisions — from initial screening through to investment committee approval and exit — are coordinated from this hub.
Dubai's position at the centre of GCC capital markets, combined with its deep networks of family businesses, institutional investors and sovereign wealth infrastructure, makes it the natural home for a platform focused on value investing in the Gulf region. The UAE's regulatory environment and time-zone alignment with both European and Asian markets further reinforces its role as the operational centre of the platform.

Malta is G Global Capital's European regulatory hub. The MFSA-regulated Alternative Investment Fund is domiciled in Malta, providing access to the full EU single market through AIFMD passporting. This allows the fund to be marketed to professional investors across all 27 EU member states under a single regulatory framework, without the need for separate registrations in each jurisdiction.
Daniele Bernardi leads the Malta hub, overseeing fund governance, quantitative research, regulatory reporting and the operational infrastructure of the MFSA-regulated vehicle. The Malta team works closely with independent service providers — administrator, auditor, custodian and legal counsel — to ensure the highest standards of investor protection and regulatory compliance.
Malta's position within the EU and its well-established financial services regulatory framework make it the natural domicile for a fund targeting European institutional investors, family offices and private banks.

Singapore is the home of G Global Capital's Alternative Credit Division. Investment strategies within the division are managed by Mindful Wealth Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based investment manager regulated by the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) under a Capital Markets Services licence. The Singapore hub brings together structured credit expertise, CLO market relationships and Asia-Pacific institutional networks.
The Avenida team's 24+ years of CLO investing experience, integrated into the G Global Capital platform through a strategic equity partnership, is headquartered in Singapore. This provides direct access to CLO primary issuance, institutional manager relationships and the continuous credit monitoring infrastructure that underpins the alternative credit strategies.

The three hubs are integrated into a single investment process. Information, deal flow and risk insight flow continuously between Dubai, Malta and Singapore, enabling the platform to operate as one coherent organism rather than three separate offices.
Dubai (GMT+4), Malta (GMT+2) and Singapore (GMT+8) together provide near-continuous operating hours across global capital markets, enabling real-time response to market events.
MFSA regulation in Malta and MAS regulation in Singapore provide access to European and Asian institutional investors through regulated, recognisable frameworks. Critical for institutional due diligence.
Physical presence in each hub means local relationships with business owners, institutional investors, regulators, custodians and advisors — not remote coverage from a single location.
Whether you are in the GCC, Europe or Asia-Pacific, a member of the G Global Capital team is available to discuss the strategies and provide fund documentation upon request.
